Deposits & Booking Confirmation

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure every booking. Your appointment or event date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The deposit must be paid within 1 hour of booking unless a different arrangement has been agreed — unpaid bookings may be automatically cancelled. Please use your name as the payment reference. Any remaining balance must be paid by the deadline stated on your invoice or booking confirmation.

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 96 hours before your scheduled appointment.

With at least 96 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred once to another available date, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 96 hours’ notice  or failure to attend without notice will result in the loss of the deposit, and it cannot be refunded or transferred.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 5-minute grace period is allowed.

Arriving more than 5 minutes late may attract a £15 late fee, payable before the service begins. Arriving 30 minutes or more after your scheduled time may result in automatic cancellation, and the deposit will remain non-refundable. Late arrival may also reduce your available session time to avoid delaying other clients.

Bridal makeup must be booked under the appropriate bridal service and cannot be booked as standard occasion makeup.

If a bridal client books a standard makeup service instead, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. If it becomes clear on arrival that the requested service is bridal makeup, the full bridal rate must be paid before the service begins.

Travel outside Leicester is available. Final pricing depends on postcode, distance, parking, tolls, and accommodation requirements — a full address or postcode must be provided before a final quotation can be given.

Appointments outside our standard hours (10:00am–6:00pm) are treated as premium bookings. This includes early/late appointments, Sundays, and public holidays, which attract an additional charge of £25 (studio) or £30 (home/travel services).

Raw and unedited photographs are not provided. Watermarked previews will be sent for you to select your images, based on the number included in your package. Additional edited photographs are available at £15 each.

Standard delivery is within 7–14 working days. Event and wedding galleries may take 2–3 weeks, or as stated in your selected package.
